these bags are super high-quality and extra thick. The ribbon handles also are great. My only “complaint” would be that the handles can come loose easily and make it a little bit wonky if you’re carrying a bunch of them at one time. I would absolutely buy these again, though the quality is amazing.

"These bags are fantastic quality and easy to use, but beware of their small size. I made the mistake of not checking the dimensions, so they weren't suitable for my intended purpose. However, I've found other uses for them. I'm confident that the larger bags from the same brand will be of the same excellent quality."

Let me start by saying I am a huge fan of Bergan. I own a Bergan Turbo Scratcher, I've owned several (I foster cats), and have purchased many as gifts. The Turbo scratcher is well made the plastic is a great quality the ball is nice and heavy and very lively in the track. It's a great toy.I have a Foster whose name is Natasha and she is what's referred to as a "wobbly cat". She has cerebellar hypoplasia. She's a little bit uncoordinated and it's tough finding toys for her. She LOVES the Bergan Turbo Scratcher so-much-so that when she gets adopted I will most likely send my scratcher with her to her new home and have to purchase yet another one.I wanted to get her another toy and because she LOVES the Turbo Scratcher I went to Amazon to look for more Bergan products. I ordered the Turbo Track. I was so excited... until I opened the box.The quality of the plastic is just garbage, it's thin, it's cheap. It's warped, it doesn't sit flat on my solid surface floor, the connections are just awful, it doesn't connect seamlessly - the ball gets stuck at connection joints. It is truly a piece of garbage.I am disappointed in Bergan company for allowing such poor quality products to have their name on them and to be shipped. I am shocked it is Made in the USA because it seems like the kind of cheap piece of garbage that comes out of the East.I called Customer Service and all I got were the words "I'm sorry" and they weren't delivered with much sincerity or concern. I was told repeatedly that they don't "get calls like this", but most people would simply return the product to Amazon and not say a word. Nobody even said "we will send a call tag so that you can send us this product". I would have thought, in the name of quality control, they'd want it! They just didn't care and that's not something I expected from Bergan either. I'm pretty blown away, and not in a good way.I will return this product to Amazon. I'm so disappointed.

I have a cat who is 3 years old and gets bored easily with his toys. He has had a similar toy (but a circle version) and for 2 years he played it out of curiosity and wonder (at least it seemed that way, he's a cat so I don't know) but lately it became his toy to vent his frustration whenever he was annoyed by things and that was it. He seems like a smart dude and is always looking for more challenging things, so I bought him this.It's been 3 months and so far he LOVES IT! And what's even better is that it is big enough for me to play with him too, batting the ball towards him from one side of the track. It's a great toy for him by himself (The hump in the middle gives this toy a dynamic quality that he seems to be mesmerized by) and for playing with me as well. You can also change the shape of it, as it comes in pieces and can be reassembled. He likes the figure-8 track the most but whenever I change the shape he gets really intrigued and spends a long time figuring out the "new" toy. If you buy a second one you can combine the two to make a mega-track (but i have no space for that and frankly I think cats would be happy with just the one toy)The only issue is that it is flimsy plastic, but I was expecting it to be because it was so cheap and all that. The pieces can be a bit difficult to put together (The edges of each piece have little grooves you have to attach to another piece, similar to how toy trains and train tracks are assembled) and if you step on a piece it will easily bend out of shape.Otherwise, I think this is a great toy for curious cats of all ages, who like puzzle games and need a good challenge!

Chanel is a beautiful, brilliant female cat, and she just turned two. So I bought her a Bergan Turbo Track as one of her birthday gifts. She was fascinated! She will amuse herself for hours with it, and sometimes she'll call me over to "play." She's mentally engaged in anticipating the move of the ball as it rolls through the figure 8 design, and she's physically active as she chases after it. She's happy and having fun, and at least in my case, the Turbo Track seems to encourage sociability. I only have one cat currently, but I imagine this would be a fantastic interactive toy for a multiple-cat household. I just ordered three more sets; that's how convinced I am of this toy's beneficial mental, physical, and emotional effects on my cat.The Turbo Track is a great value. Multiple configuration possibilities give your cat several toys for the price of one. Although the twist-and-lock pieces look as if they will fall apart easily, they withstand the pouncing and body-slamming of a full-grown cat without coming apart. You just have to be sure to lock the pieces together securely. I've seen Chanel literally lay across the top of the figure 8 design with no ill effects. The track is easy to assemble; no instructions are necessary, although you can go online to see examples of track designs that others have made if you need ideas.Overall, this is the best cat toy I've ever purchased! Chanel loves it, and she never gets bored with it. The benefits for her are social, mental, emotional, and physical. It's money well spent, the toy seems durable, and it's easy to assemble. I think Chanel would say it's her best birthday gift ever!
