I spent days searching for glass bowls that were a certain size to fit inside of a glass "pedestal" to hold food for my cats. The "pedestals" are actually glasses from the Dollar store shaped for margaritas. I didn't want my cats to have to eat out of plastic bowls that retain both germs and odors. The raised pedestals were my idea to make it easier for them to eat. Now, there is the ease of the angle of their throat and also for the future when they are older and have arthritis to not have to bend in such a way just to eat. However, I didn't want to be washing the glasses after every wet food meal. These little bowls are the perfect size! They are easily cleaned in the dishwasher. I am so happy to have found them.

I love these. They are great for putting spices together and other ingredients for cooking and baking. They are very small so any more than i.e. 2 eggs and.... well they're difficult to whisk. That aside I use them nearly everyday for baking bread. They clean up really well in the dishwasher. Very happy despite the first batch arriving smashed. Customer care second to none.
