I wouldn’t care for personal use but it was a gift so I am not happy about the condition they arrived in. The box matters sometimes. And there should have been some indication that the packaging had been opened and damaged.

Bought these to replace a set that was becoming increasingly mismatched. They are so bomber! I feel like could drop one and catch it on one bounce. Three good sizes in this set including what I am guessing is almost a pint pour from the keg. Never a spot after taking out of the dishwasher.

We recently renovated our kitchen and I wanted new everyday glassware. This set hits all the fashionable points as well as functionality - they are supremely durable! I highly recommend this set. The best part is if you break one, you can replace it quite easily. We use for cold beverages, hot coffee and wine! The ultimate bistro glass!

Tempered so that they are less likely to chip or break, these glasses last. The shape fits the hand really well so that you’re less likely to drop a glass. Though some of the other Duralex designs are more attractive, the Picardie glasses have a shape that makes a functional difference. I have found that an elderly relative with mobility and dexterity issues consistently prefers this glass as she is able to hold and drink from the glass more easily. I’ve bought these glasses for three homes and never had one break yet, except for one that was broken in shipment from amazon. By the way, the broken glass shattered into more or less “safe” pieces because it is tempered, unlike typical glasses which break into “shards.” I had been using the Libby Geo glasses, which I actually think are more attractive, but the performance of the Duralex Picardie has won me over. The Libby Geo glasses break with high frequency, especially when washing by hand, and a glass slips. The Picardie are highly recommended,.

I gave these glasses as a gift. All my family members get them when they get their first apartment. I bought a set over 25 years ago and haven’t chipped or broken one glass! They look good, they are easy to hold, they are stackable and they last. Great product.
