Pasos para usar moldes de hormigón de balcón. Herramientas de preparación: llave, martillo de goma, llave dinamométrica, aceite o lubricante, cemento, arena fina, etc.
1. cepillo para polvo de aceite lateral interior: Aplica una capa de aceite lubricante o agente de liberación en el lado interior del molde para garantizar un desmoldeo suave de la sembradora de cemento y prolongar la vida útil del molde.
2. Encuentra el clip de fijación en el molde y apriétalo con alicates. Los fijadores también se pueden utilizar para reforzar, asegurando una fuerza uniforme y evitando daños a componentes fijos.
3. Producción de lodo: Cemento: Arena fina (1:2.5), añade agua adecuadamente, mezcla uniformemente y haz barro de hormigón.
4. Vierte el barro y golpea suavemente el borde del molde con un martillo de goma mientras vierte el barro para evitar la formación de burbujas.
5. Inserta una barra de acero en la parte inferior del molde como conexión a la línea prefabricada.
6. Después de 5 horas (dependiendo del clima), espera a que los productos del balcón se sequen y suéltelos suavemente con un martillo de goma. Será más fácil de desmontar en el futuro.
7. Retira el molde exterior después de 24 horas. Ten cuidado, si el molde es difícil de quitar, el principio de expansión y contracción térmica se puede utilizar para verter agua caliente adecuadamente, lo que facilita la extracción del molde.
8. Regar y secar en el balcón terminado durante unos días puede mejorar eficazmente la resistencia de los balcones de cemento.
9. Colorea el balcón acabado y el patrón de acuerdo a las preferencias personales.

I was really excited to try out this concrete mold. I've poured really small slabs and filled sonotubes before, but this was my first foray into making a decorative molded piece.There were no instructions included, but I don't think that's particularly uncommon for molds. I wasn't entirely prepared for my first try, but decided to just go for it and see how it turns out. I didn't have a professional mold release agent on hand, so petroleum jelly was going to have to do. I had a few different bags of concrete mix to use and decided to go with the fiber reinforced one, so I mixed up a batch to a runny consistency and poured it in. I tried to bump it around to get out any bubbles, but it's pretty heavy when filled and I didn't want to risk breaking the plastic mold.The end result was more-or-less a failure. Full of bubbles, rough surface, some cracking here and there. The mold held tight and released just fine, so I guess vaseline does work in a pinch. I'm definitely going to try it again and this time I'll try mixing up a custom batch using just portland cement, sand, and some fiber. If I have to use aggregate, it'll need to be pebble sized. I've also seen some people using an oscillating saw with no blade attached to vibrate their workbench and work out the bubbles, so that'll be something I'll have to try as well.I can't fault the mold itself for my inexperience and I really think the design is quite beautiful and it does hold tight without leaking. The little twisty things that hold the mold closed seem like they could break after a few uses if you're not careful, so I hope there's a way to either order more of them or make some myself. Maybe I need to finally get a 3d printer.

Bought these lights in March. It started strobing between the blue and white light functions which stressed my fish out. Tried to troubleshoot, unplugged the lamp for a few minutes. When I went to plug it back in it seemed fine for a few minutes…until I smelt fire. Good thing I didn’t leave the room because it began billowing white smoke. Reached out to seller and their response was “hi dear friend. as your said it looks like your lamp inside with water.” Not entirely sure what that meant…I responded that my lamp was not in the water and they didn’t write back.These lasted 4 months before they almost caught my house on fire.

I think this light is good, but I wish there was a way to put it on a dimmer/timer. I had to buy an attachment that dimmed the lights like the sun. Also, it doesn’t have very good instructions :/ you kinda have to just play with it.

This light is perfect for my 40 gallon soft coral tank...good blues and very bright... and the arm mount is perfect
