I use this headset often and it does have excellent sound quality. I found the headset to be a little snug on my ears which is ok sometimes. It compresses my ears so can't use for long periods of time but does help drown out some background noise. Easy to operate and easily connects to my I-pad and Samsung phone.

First, what you will find in the box is the following:1. Bluetooth headphones2. Charging stand3. USB charging cable4. USB Audio DongleLets start by digging straight into sound quality! Overall, these sound really good and there is a surprising amount of bass, considering the size of the drivers. Plus, the mid's and the treble are produced equally as well. Also, I'm highly critical on sound quality, while listening to music. My test was done using a audio track with great bass, acoustics, and vocals. The Earbay headphones are comparable, to my Turtle Beach A10’s that I use on a regular basis. Now, I want to discuss comfort of the headphones. Personally, I find them, to fit very loosely but, still a secure fit. However, if you are going to be bouncing around, they will not stay in place. The headphones sit on your ear, they do not completely enclose your ear.Earbay also claims dual playback of both a bluetooth and a device connected with the included USB dongle. If you connect via bluetooth and USB, you won't hear USB until you disconnect from bluetooth. The item description, leads you to believe, that you can hear two devices at the same time. Now, I want to get into technical's and latency on the Earbay headphones. There didn't seem to be any of the dropout, when audio is coming back into the headphones. when I tested the latency over bluetooth, it came back at 174 milliseconds average and 204 milliseconds over the USB. (1000 milliseconds is one second) If your just listening to music or a pod cast, this will never cause you any problems but, gaming where seconds matter is another story. For example, my wired Turtle Beach A10's are at 8.75 milliseconds, using the same hardware.Overall, at this price point, they sound great. My only complaints are written above. One other thing to consider is battery life, determine how long you will be using them between charges. If the listed battery life is correct, you will not have a problem. I will not test that, as I need my sleep. If latency is important to you, wired headphones might be a better choice. Remember, latency is something that all bluetooth headphones, in my experience struggle with a bit. They can be charged with the base or by plugging the headphones directly into the USB cable. Lastly, there is no USB wall adapter so, you will have to find somewhere to plug in the charging base.Let me know if my review was helpful! Thank you!

The Earbay bluetooth headset is a nice little quality of life booster for those of us who spend way too much time speaking with coworkers, vendors, customers, or investors via video conference or telephone. This essentially give you back a full arm!So I'm just not an earbud person. And as much as I love my fancy noise canceling headphones on airplanes, I really need to be able to listen for household noises (spouse, kids, dog, workmen, UPS guy, etc.) when I'm working from home. I have a door on my office and a nice "conference microphone" and fantastic PC speakers, but sometimes you just wanna have a quiet conversation where you don't feel you need to shout, and where you can turn your head to say, I don't know.... maybe work on another screen, look up something, shop while working - I can only imagine what people. do. Yeah, I've had people cooking full gourmet meals while on video conf with me (I allegedly in management). Anyhow, back to the Earbay Bluetooth headphones - I've seen others with this type of headphone/boom mic combo and never understood the allure, but figured I give it a shot.Well the Earbay Bluetooth Headphones come well packaged with a nice USB-C base (with an old-school USB-A cord to make use on one of those thousands of USB AC adapters which are now useless) and the headphones. The headphones are easily adjustable for a largish head like mine, and can be swapped for left or right sided boom microphone. I'm using mine on the left side for no particular reason. The headphones sit in the charger and charge relatively quickly. Given a sporadic day of calls and videos, I don't know what to expect from the battery life, but as long as I put in the charger in-between it seems fine. I've used for both computer video calls (Comes with a USB Bluetooth dongle) and with my iPhone (just using bluetooth) and the sound quality and connection of each are good. The bluetooth range seems pretty good as well as I walked from my office in the bottom rear of the house up one flight to the front door essentially forgetting I was on a phone call with my phone still in my office.Still early days, but so far so good.

Working from home means conference calls are the primary means of communication with clients and with the rest of your team. That makes an easy to use, comfortable headset a necessity. Sadly, most companies provide wired headsets which, for many of us, quickly degenerates into a tangled mess that, more often than not, results in the typically thin cables wearing out much sooner than they should. And who hasn’t suffered a case of headset whiplash when turning to get something during a call and discovering the cable caught on the laptop? The Earbay BT766C-D headset arrived in an easy to open cardboard box and included a user manual that was easy to understand. The charging stand connects to your power source (not included, but, these days, who doesn’t have a ton of power blocks hanging around?) with a supplied USB-C to USB-A cable. If you have a power port with a USB-C connector, you’ll need to supply your own C to C cable, but you probably have several of those already. I had to consult the drawing in the manual to figure out how to set the headset in the stand, but, once I did, it was easy. While it comes with a wireless dongle for computers without Bluetooth, I didn’t use it, since I prefer not to use up my USB ports. If you have an old computers without Bluetooth, you can still use this wirelessly. It paired to my Windows 11 laptop without difficulty when I powered on the headset. One nit: when powering up, one has to hold the power button for several seconds. I may be spoiled by the instant on of my AirPods Max, but the startup time felt like a bit of a nuisance, especially since the headset appears to turn itself off when placed on the charging stand. The headset sound and microphone quality are both good. I used it on a Teams call and no one commented on the sound quality, which was exactly what I wanted. The headset has two earpieces instead of the one on other models. This allows you to listen to music with them. Since I have a pair of AirPods Max for that, I didn’t make use of this functionality. Some might not like having both ears covered during calls; I like it, since it blocks out sounds from the house and lets me concentrate on the meeting. The headband is a little tight and pinched my ears a bit, but that was primarily due to the style of glasses I was wearing. It pressed the top of my head a little, but not enough to be distracting on a short (30 minutes) call. I wouldn’t recommend wearing it all day (unless you’re a customer service rep, you shouldn’t be wearing headsets all day anyway). One more nit: when putting it on after it’s on the charging stand, I had to remember to power it on so it would connect to the laptop. That will come with time, but it’s part of the learning curve.A few design issues: the headband felt tight on my scalp; however, that may ease over time as the headband expands from use. It’s not a showstopper and it may not affect you. The volume controls are awkwardly situated on one earpiece. I struggled to locate them while wearing the headset. The microphone has a mute button on the back of the mic. That’s not a bad thing, but it didn’t affect the mute setting on Teams. If I was muted on Teams, I still had to change the setting in the app. While it’s not a showstopper, it might surprise some folks who read the ad copy that mentions Unified Communications support and think it works like dedicated controls on some office headsets.Overall, the headset provides good value for the money. The minor flaws and tight headband move it to four stars for me, but don’t let that keep you from considering these, especially if you’re working from home.

I should start by saying this is the first and only pair of headphones I have owned, so my knowledge of quality is limited to this one experience. It just became law in the State of Michigan to be hands free of any devices when driving. I am a Real Estate Broker, so I spend a lot of time in the car traveling to appointments and receive a LOT of phone calls throughout the day. After passing several friends who saw me on my phone and not "hands free", I finally took enough grief from people and ordered these. They arrived nicely packaged with the headset, a charging stand, a USB cable to charge separate from the stand and a USB Dongle in the box. I charged it overnight and was off to work the next morning to test it out.I like to drive with my windows down, even when the A/C is on. I like the breeze. The issue with that is it often makes it difficult to hear phone calls and the person on the other end of the line typically gets noise interference from the wind. That wasn't the case when using these. From my end the sound quality was AMAZING! I asked the first few people I spoke to if they could hear me alright and everyone said I sounded perfect, so I stopped asking. Background noise was nonexistent, and the voices came through on my end crystal clear. I took a Zoom meeting a few days later with these on and it was great. My laptop has terrible sound quality so it generally has to be super quiet around me and I have to prop my laptop up so the sound can project out of the speakers on the bottom of the computer. None of that was necessary with these. The sound was once again amazing, and the headphones did a great job of cancelling out the pool pump that was running in the background as I sat out on my patio. The only negatives are that they feel a little awkward. I imagine I will get used to them, but they feel like they are barely on your ears. They simply sit over the top of your ears as opposed to "cradling" your ears or cupping around them. I imagine if you were cycling or on a tread mill or something with these it would be less pleasant than my experience sitting still with them on. Additionally, there are a lot of very small buttons to find with your fingers when using them and trying to adjust them. It'll take some time and use to get accustomed to where the buttons are and what each one does. For me, these work absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend them.
