Easy to assemble, lightweight but sturdy. A nice addition to my patio area that blends in seamlessly and no issues with leaking or water getting in during heavy rains. The size is perfect and the raised lip secures your bin liner easily!

Bought this for garage and the only thing I wish it had was a divider between the two sides. We use one side for trash and the other for dirty laundry separated by trash bags and a cardboard divider. It makes our garage look really nice and the lids keep it from smelling and

I picked up this bin to store cans and recycling outside on our patio. It arrived well-packaged and in excellent condition. The assembly instructions were clear, and the process was straightforward. I was able to put it together by myself except for one step when I needed my wife to help keep everything aligned while I snapped tabs into place.The assembled bin looks great and is well-designed to keep moisture out. The plastic parts seem durable though not as beefy as the Rubbermaid bin I purchased decades ago that is still going strong. I appreciate the lack of obnoxious branding. That hasn't always been the case with East Oak, but they did it right with this product.There is one potential issue with this product in use: keeping the bags secured to the bin. East Oak seems to recognize this as they have included extra illustrations showing how to do it. Nevertheless, I had difficulty. This bin does not seem designed to work with drawstring-style trash bags. I found that as I pulled the drawstrings tight, the bags popped off the rim. It was a PITA. Time will tell if this style of bag stays secure. Trash bags with "ears" that stick up are a better match. They are used in all the illustrations. It's a shame that the designers didn't do a better job of accommodating the common drawstring-style.It is also worth noting that this bin cannot be fully disassembled without damaging it, so despite "free returns", you're committed once the whole thing is assembled. The instructions warn about this, and the importance of paying attention during the assembly process.The bottom line is that this is an attractive, nicely constructed bin. If the bags were easier to deal with, it would be getting five stars. As is, four stars. Recommended.

Review UPDATE!I had some issues with this item and originally rated it a 2, however, the seller reached out to me and helped me overcome my issues which honestly…. Pleasantly surprised me as excellent customer service is priceless. They reached out to me! I’m not easy to get a hold of so the effort was above and beyond. Not too many sellers/companies bother, after all I didn’t ask for help, I basically just complained as I purchased this item as a holiday gift and I was just tired and overwhelmed.I sincerely appreciate the extra time and effort this seller took to make me as a customer happy with my purchase. It was a gift for my husband for a pool room he built and I wanted something practical but nice for this amazing outdoor area he created. I was frustrated that the gift wasn’t “perfect” for him. And this seller really went out of its way to make that happen. Wow! I felt valued and respected. Bravo!Customer service is rare these days. Superior customer service is golden. And it’s to be appreciated. I should have reached out to the seller, but I choose to just complain and give a low rating. The seller reached out to me with help. Many many thanks to this seller and all the individuals who cared enough to reach out and help me, MariaTook my husband half a day and he’s pretty good at this stuff. Weighs a ton. Can’t find any trash bags that will fit locally, still looking online. Probably end up putting two smaller trash cans inside. Not worth it. Can’t recommend it. Sorry I bought it. Tempted to return it but can’t make my husband waste more of his time for my poor buying decision. Sorry.
