They sound amazing , but Ai bought them for Vdrum conversion, my piezzos are still in transport. I'll make a video and ad more to this review once I put them on.

They are perfect for my needs. Much lower volume. Ride sounds good. The bigger crash sounds pretty good. The hats and smaller crash perform great as well, just not as good sounding as the others.

These low volume cymbals from Eastrock sound excellent and allow me to practice without driving everyone else out of the house. I chose these over other low cost options because I had good luck with a set of drum bags from Eastrock and like their cost/quality. I was not disappointed. It is hard to justify the cost of the major brands when compared with these. I would even consider using them at low volume venues or stacking them with other cymbals for a hybrid setup. I can't wait to test the various possibilities. They also come with an excellent cymbal bag that has internal dividers! No reason not to buy at this price. Coupled with Evans db ONE drum heads, this is a winning combination for quiet practice at home while maintaining the feel of regular acoustic drums and cymbals.

The cymbals are truly amazing for the price. They are well built and look really nice. Best of all they play like real cymbals and sound as close as I could expect, but with minimal volume. This will make my rehearsal space so much more enjoyable.

For reference I got the golden set.Don't let the price fool you. Yes these sound that good. 63.99 at the time of writing and found these fantastic for studio, Jazz and Blues use. My kids bang on them for rock and that is fine too. We usually use a complete set of Zildjians ZBTs (I know, I know, not much of an upgrade, but please understand we play at home), and though they sound great, they are not for small spaces. These are obviously for quiet use, but can easily be used for small venues, recording, and home. In fact even though these are for quiet use, that doesn't mean they are totally quiet. I don't know about using them in a classic NYC apartment, where you can hear the neighbor's alarm clock or electric toothbrush through the walls (yes I lived there, long live Chelsea!). If your planning on a big venue then just mic them, in a pinch.Comes with a really nice thick bag that comes with a removable split liner to protect each cymbal. Comes with a complete set of cymbal felts, and just with those two (bag and felt) it is worth the asking price. In fact you throw in the cymbals and now that is a smokin' deal. The cymbals includes 14" Hi-hats (both top and bottom), 16" crash, 18' crash, 20" ride. Each cymbal is smooth edge to edge, meaning the center holes and the outer diameter. Each small hole is good with no blemishes, or protruding flanges or sharp edges from visual inspection. All of the cymbals are free from manufacturing defects.Set includes:- Bag with removable liner.- 12 piece felt set.- 14" Hi-hats (both top and bottom)- 16" crash- 18' crash- 20" rideOnly thing missing in this set is a bell, a 10", and a trash cymbal, but that would bring the price point up, and being that the latter 3 are smaller, it would be much louder. I don't even think a quiet bell, or trash cymbal really exist.Comes well packed in a thick cardboard shipping box. Nothing damaged and all the cymbals are nicely finished and labeled. Each cymbal comes in it's own clear plastic bag, and then inserted into the carrying bag.
