This is a great product if you have a Fluval FX4, FX5 or FX6 and want to add a intake filter with a prefilter sponge to avoid fry or shrimp from being lost to the filter. It fits directly onto the factory FX intake tube, no modifications are needed. The internal prefilter sponges are very easy to clean as housing on this pulls apart.

Great quality prefilter from Eheim, good quality sponges that do an excellent job of snaring fish waste leaving the tank water nice and clear, they do need squeezing out in a half-bucket of aquarium water every 2 days in order to maintain optimum filter efficiency.

Aun no eh visto la diferencia al tener el pre filtro espero que si ayude a mantener mas tiempo el filtro limpio y prolongue mas tiempo su limpieza como lo publica Eheim
