Used this vibration plate and loved it for 2 years and then it started making a loud noice that was too annoying to use. It took awhile for me to find their customer service and contact them, but once I did, they worked with me and are sending me a replacement and added one of their massagers. I would absolutely buy from them again just based on the customer service, but the machine was great too. I have missed using it and anxious to get the replacement.

I paid for a new vibrating machine, received a used one, sent it back and then received another one where the remote was clearly defective and unable to use the top half of the remote. I called and left multiple messages and emails, requesting to replace the defective remote. I did not want to send the unit back, and I made that perfectly clear that I just needed to replace the remote. Unfortunately, I was forced to return the whole unit because they would not respond, absolutely no response. It is also advertised as a 3-D vibrating unit and it is not a 3-D at all. It only moves up and down like your regular vibration unit so they also are false advertising If you buy this unit and something happens you’re on your own. Thankfully, my issues happened in the beginning because when the warranty ends, even if it doesn’t end and there’s a problem, it’s going to be your problem they will not respond..
