I bought this as a gift for my mom and she LOVES it! It's so cute in person and the color is great! Works really well too. Heats water fast and does a great job. I'm going to get one for myself too!

Beautiful design.Works very well.Adjustable keep warm plus a boil switch.I don't know if the keep-warm has a dry protection where it shuts off, this wasn't clear from the description and I haven't dared test it.The lid has a sprung-loaded tab that keeps it in place to prevent the lid from falling off the you're pouring the last cup or so and tilting it past 90degrees.This tab is stuck and no longer comes out all the way. That's after 1 month use.Since it's plastic, it doesn't look like it can be fixed, but it doesn't feel right to return the whole thing for such a small issue.It still works fine, I just have to hold it when pouring when little is left in it. Usually I just empty what's left and refill.

Despite its size, it still meets our tea-drinking needs efficiently.One thing to be mindful of is the potential for hard water build-up. To combat this, we regularly heat a vinegar mix through the kettle to keep it clean, which has proven to be effective.Overall, we're delighted with the Elite Gourmet EKT1220M Electric Glass Kettle and would purchase it again without hesitation. It's not only a practical appliance but also a lovely addition to our kitchen that enhances both form and function. It's a great little kettle.

I liked the design and colour scheme so ordered this unit.The base unit has a central hub which had to be straightened each time ,the kettle was to switch on.This eventually failed to switch on the unit.I had the kettle replaced and again the same problem.The kettle is not suitable for general home use ,sadly.

Perfecta para los amantes del té que sabemos que el agua se debe calentar en estufa o en tetera y no en el microondas. Sus funciones permiten respetar las temperaturas que cada tipo de infusión necesita

Really nice looking, glass is what I was looking for, but it doesn't actually boil the water. That's ok though, we still have the old one to boil water to add to whatever needs it. This gets it hot enough that it's drinkable right away and we don't have to wait for an hour to be able to take a sip lol (we use our insulated travel mugs even at home). The dial on the front is not what I am used to on electric kettles, it's actually nicer. Whatever temperature you leave the dial on, it will keep the water that temp all day if you want it to. It shuts off and on to maintain that temp. Since it never boils the water, there is no risk of it boiling away with the lack of an auto shut-off, which wouldn't work with this kind of heat maintaining set up. Happy with it :)

Calienta muy rápido y es muy fácil de usar.Trate de hacer café en ella pero se me regó y fue muy difícil de limpiar
