Got this because I was hoping to save some money on a full-featured trainer when the feature-comparative competitors were still $600+. What a mistake. Things were okay the first month or two, but sometimes I'd get random spikes in reported speed (up to >500mph, ridiculous) which would throw off all the measurements on power, average speed, distance, etc... Made tracking workouts a legitimate pain. Tried to upgrade the firmware but for some reason the firmware upgrade app ("upgrado") is a separate app from their "MyEtraining" app. Worse, apparently the password fields on the two are different, as I was forced to change my account password because, while it worked on the website and in the main app, it wasn't working in the firmware update app. FURTHERMORE, why do I have to log in to upgrade the firmware of my device?! Bad decision after bad decision from a consumer perspective, red flags I wish I knew about before getting.Anyways, I managed to upgrade the firmware and somehow the random speed issue got worse. Ride 10 minutes, calibrate, try to do my ride, random spikes of 300-500mph once again throwing everything off. At this point the return window closed and I gave up trying to use it for a month. Came back to it today, checked for a firmware update, went from 197 to 201, surely it fixed the issue, right? Yes and no. After several attempts of riding with a set resistance (I'll get to that) the speeds finally seemed to "settle" and finally won't report any wild numbers, as far as I can tell. I couldn't spend more than 10 minutes on it because the resistance/power/grade settings all seem to be randomly changing every ten seconds.Maybe this was an issue before and I didn't notice it, as I'd have the resistance set to 0% so I could reliably ride ~20mph at a 70-80rpm cadence like I've been doing on the gym bikes and trainers. Now, however, I set it to 0% and 10 seconds later I swear it'd shoot up to 100% resistance while claiming to still be at 0%. Ten seconds later, after I stand and struggle to move the damn thing it'd drop to somewhere in the middle and I could maybe start pedaling normally again and then it'd go up to like 100%. Like I said, it's still claiming to be at 0% this whole time.Switching to the power or grade setting does the same exact thing. Setting it to 100% resistance or 15% grade (the max) and it does the same thing but opposite. 10 seconds in and the supposed resistance drops to laughable levels in comparison, another 10 seconds in and it shoots back up.Seriously, what's the point if it's not a steady resistance? How am I supposed to tell how good or bad I'm doing if the trainer just does whatever it wants? There's other problems too. The thing doesn't want to play with with my Garmin Forerunner 955's power calibration. Maybe a Garmin thing, maybe the trainer, I just know I'd like my $500 devices to communicate with each other properly, and the watch hasn't been frustrating me endlessly. The handle isn't centered over the center of balance of the trainer, so when you pick it up to move it while attached to a bike, it swings, just making moving around a pain. There's no actual low/zero-resistance mode, so if you need to adjust your derailleur you either need to swap an actual wheel onto it and throw it in a stand/whatever or deal with the massive amount of resistance this thing always applies.Their app limits a lot of basic features behind a paywall. I'm sorry, I spent $450 on your product and I can't get even half of the basic features of a training app?At this point, it's my loss, another expensive mistake I made trying to go with a cheaper but lesser-known brand. I'm done trying to make this thing work as expected. I'm not wealthy, this was a big purchase for me, I can only make a couple purchases like this a year without threatening all the wonderful things I'm forced to spend money on just to survive. Shipping it is just adding insult to injury at this point, and if I had to wait around for weeks for support, as other users have mentioned, I might as well just save what's left of my sanity and go for a better product.

I got this to train during the winter for my mountain bike and it works like a charm. Granted I had to buy a special adapter from Europe to put the bike on this trainer and the process for finding the right part was a bit difficult to navigate for a newbie. However, I'm very satisfied with the workouts I get with this!

Like another reviewer said, it's not plug and play, since you need a cassette. The Suito normally comes with an 11 speed cassette. I needed a 10 speed, which is why I went with the Suito T. I took mine in to the local bike shop and they fixed me up with the cassette and installation. The cassettes normally run $60-$100 so you'll need to factor that price in. The trainer so far works great. I have only ridden it a few times, so will update this review with more information when I have more experience with it. great deal through Amazon, though. I used the offer to get the Amazon Credit card and got $200 off and 18 month financing. Cannot get a better deal on a trainer anywhere.Update few month in:The trainer has been working great. Sometimes it's hard to get connected to calibrate, but it usually works after a reset of the power. Resistance makes it feel like riding uphill and down. Power reading seems very accurate from what I can tell. Not really any problems after a month plus of riding. Great option for those on more of a budget ( wahoo is$$$$)

I have only got to use it a few times but I like it. I easily connected to my devices and works great with zwift. After 3 months of hard use my trainer started making lots of noise. I contacted elite and they told me to contact my seller for a replacement under warranty. I contacted them through Amazon and within 3 days I had a brand new trainer delivered and it's working perfectly.
