Does the job you bought it for. Surprisingly flimsy though so don't be too aggressive wiping the chocolate off the mold. Light easy pass should do well. No hard pressure or it feels like the blade will snap

I bought some off of AliExpress because I thought they would be just as good as the ones available on Amazon and they were like five bucks cheaper. I should have saved my money. The ones from AliExpress get water trapped in them that later comes out in your chocolate ruining the chocolate. Also the grip smells constantly of really noxious rubber. You have to worry if some of that is getting into your food.The scrapers on the other hand are great. They have no gaps where the water can get in and get stuck later dripping out when you don't want it to. The blades are more firm, the handles are also more firm and feel easy to grip. They're just a step up in every way over the ones that I bought on AliExpress when I was learning how to do chocolate. Now that I've done a few batches I think it was worth getting a better set and for the price I think these are a really good option. I wouldn't suggest anyone bothers to spend more than this these are perfectly functional and serviceable. Make sure that these are white enough for your bonbon trays. They are perfectly the right size for mine.
