A little difficult to install but it went in well. All the wires connected. Can't tell from factory original.

I cracked my mirror due to my negligence and this did the job. About impossible to remove the old mirror without cracking it some more. There is polarity on hooking up the heater wires so do remember which wire goes where. The BLIS indicator light has a tab you have to depress to remove the wires.

There are two main problems with this mirror. First, the image is distorted. I have a hard time explaining it but the mirror is clearly not flat and so things just don't look right, it is quite distracting. Second there are tabs behind the mirror where some included metal pieces clip into. These tabs broke immediately upon trying to insert the metal pieces. It was cold out when I was doing this but not below freezing and I was not rough, this should not have happened. Was trying to save money vs buying from Ford but this product is low quality unfortunately. Also the BLIS light is basically just held on with sticky tape, I discovered this when I tried to unplug it because the entire light fell off. On the Ford light there are plastic tabs behind it so it clips in
