On my 2011 Prius, the ball housing that hold the rear view mirror developed a crack and the mirror started sagging. No matter how much I tightened it, it would become loose within a day and start sagging. And if I hit a bump or hole on the road, it'd just droop down all the way. It was getting very annoying and so I decided to replace it with this unit.Shipped quick and arrived on time. Seems to be of decent quality (mirror not as nice as the OEM Toyota) and does the job. Watched a youtubbe video on how to replace the mirror, and then it took maybe 10 minutes to swap it out. I was being extra cautious as it was the first time I am doing it and I didn't want to damage anything.Works well, I am fairly satisfied with the product. Hope it lasts a few years, the OEM lasted over 12 years.

It fit good and now you can move the mirror without it moving all over the place.

My oem mirror was loose and fell off. Bought this to replace it is oem quality. Held up for months already
