Update!!The company was gracious enough to send me a replacement case and offered me a full refund. I look forward to using their products again as I’m hoping the initial crack was a fluke incident. The customer service has been exceptional, and I look forward to purchasing from the company again in the future!Original review:So the good news. The touchscreen worked incredibly well underwater. It did in fact keep my phone dry and I was able to get really nice pictures for the first two days of my vacation.However, on day three, I noticed the touchscreen was not working well at all. I could not use it in one of the areas I was in and I attributed that to maybe just the water being too cold because I know touchscreens do rely on heat so I wasn’t too worried about it. However, I went to wash the case and I noticed a little bit of water inside of the case. I thought maybe I hadn’t closed the case all the way so it’s no problem and I went to dry it out when I noticed a crack. It turns out during some point of my excursion, the case must have developed a crack. I was swimming in a river lined with rock walls, so I’m assuming it bumped up against something. However, the fact that it cracked so easily when I know I did not crash it into the side of a wall or drop it is really unfortunate. I had very high hopes for this product as until it developed the crack as it was the best waterproof case I’ve ever used.I cannot recommend this product, however. If it’s so fragile that it’s not going to be good to use on vacation durning a multitude of different types of excursions, It’s not worth the money. I am incredibly disappointed in this.

I haven’t used it yet but tested it out in water with a paper towel to make sure no water got in. After 15 minutes no water inside!!!

I love this product! It works very well on keeping my phone safe from getting wet- even under water. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it is a little bulky. That’s not a big enough reason to dislike it though!
