Unfortunately this fell right out of the wall when we used the anchors it came with. I suggest buying much more heavy duty anchors and bolts for the weight of this to be safe for babies.

This item tilts terribly when a child is placed on it making it incredibly unsafe. Definitely not what I expected as it built to be used in this manner. No information to call customer service. Too much money for the item to not work as described.**UPDATE - upgraded to 3 stars for excellent customer service. They reached out to me to resolve the issue. They were timely and courteous.

This tilts down a whole lot and the children slide down. It has to be braced by something else so they stay even. Is there anyone that can contact me?

The install is really easy but the drywall anchors aren’t reliable for something that an infant is going on. I bought different anchors. The package also arrived with lots of scrapes and scratches in it.
