We got this for our Airbnb and it’s so convenient compared to having keys for guest! It’s very efficient and I honestly love it! The finger print ID is awesome and the app is very easy to use. Highly recommend !

I’ve been a loyal Eufy customer for a long time, promoting their products to friends and family, but the Eufy Smart Lock C33 has completely shattered my trust in the brand. This lock is nothing but a source of constant stress and frustration. It’s been six times now that this lock has malfunctioned—unlocking itself without any reason, disconnecting from Bluetooth, or just randomly dying. There have been multiple occasions where I couldn’t lock my door, leaving my home completely vulnerable. The idea that I’m relying on a product that’s supposed to secure my home but instead puts me in constant fear is unacceptable.On top of that, the battery life is a total joke. Eufy claims it should last a year, but in reality, it drains incredibly fast, and I’ve had to replace the batteries multiple times in just a few months. This is not the quality I was expecting.To make matters worse, I’ve tried calling customer service multiple times, but they don’t answer. I’ve been on hold for ridiculous amounts of time, and when I finally did get through, the lack of support and service was appalling. No one seems to care, and I feel completely ignored.I am extremely upset and disappointed. As someone who has always supported Eufy products, I now regret my purchase. This lock is a total rip-off, and it has caused me nothing but stress. I’m done with it and will be returning it for a full refund. I can’t recommend this product to anyone—please save yourself the trouble and frustration.Eufy, you’ve lost a loyal customer.

I’ve purchased a few products from Eufy, and their smart door lock with fingerprint technology is another win! It works exactly as promised, with fast and reliable fingerprint recognition. I’m especially impressed with how well it’s held up to our harsh Canadian winter — no issues with performance or battery life. The app is also super user-friendly, making it easy to control and monitor the lock. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. 5 stars all the way!

The harness was pinched inside the keypad side from factory. Upon installation I had to connect a usb c power cable to the keypad side to make this lock come to life. It seemed after I did that, it would work. Then after 2 days the batteries died. Assuming the included batteries were junk, I tried brand new ones. They were dead within 8 hours. Once I had time to remove it and contact eufy, they told me I must have pinched the harness during install. I showed them that the harness exposed from the keypad outwards was intact and not pinched. Then they said they’d send me a new lock but couldn’t ship to any of the addresses I supplied… which is strange as I use both of my addresses for parcels all the time. All of a sudden they had a change of heart and wanted me to ship the lock back to them to inspect the harness further. I took a multimeter to the harness and found the black wire didn’t have any continuity. Upon further inspection I noticed it was pinched during install at the factory. I messaged eufy back and they said to go buy one at a local hardware store because they can’t supply the harness. So I replied that they should just send me a new lock and they’ve been quiet since. I have since then ordered a new lock out of frustration. You’re taking your chances dealing with eufy. I have a couple of their cameras, door locks and dead bolts along with water sensors and temperature sensors and the home base 3. I’m now regretting buying any of it.Edit. Finally after leaving this review Eufy sent me a replacement. Edited from 1 to 5 stars as I ended up getting taken care of in the end. Bit of a hassle to get the end result however..

Works great. Feels good, looks good.Finger print is finicky. A firm steady press of the thumb seems to work most of the time.App could use some updates to the notification system.
