First off, I'm a 30+ year experienced guitarist and own ~100 pedals. I bought this as a joke to hear how a $40 pedal would sound. I was completely surprised. So much that I used this on an album. Note, I have boutique pedals that are $500 and this pedal is a winner. It sounds terrific through a Vox amp that already has a bit of dirt. The break up is quite smooth and ideal for heavy rhythm - although I prefer other pedals for leads (i.e. germanium fuzz face-style). It's worth it, and currently sits on a board with other $500 pedals. One thing to note, the pedal in the pic is not accurate. The actual pedal says "MINI MUFF" on it.

So let me start by clarifying I love ehx pedals and I have many of them. I love the big muff but I just didn’t have the room on my board . I gave the mosky a shot as the reviews looked good. This thing sounds pretty much exactly like a big muff . If ehx made mini pedals I likely would never have discovered this gem . But I’m glad I tried it . Since I got this I was so impressed I tried the silver horse , pure buffer and I’m seriously considering the rat clone they sell.. Mosky make great pedals well worth the price

The mini muff is OK. Its pretty limited in the range of tones it provides, and you have to crank the volume knob to keep up the level when the pedal is on.For the money its not bad, but not amazing.
