Keeps food nice and cold for 24 hrs or more, depending on what size is used (large vs small).

You will not find a better reusable ice pack and the price is way cheap for what you get. I put 2 of these in a large collapsable thermal lunch box. They were still cold after 3 days and had some frozen parts inside each of the 2 packs.

Gave this product a try in a pinch before a weekend trip. One of the four packs was shipped without a cap and the inner substance spilled out inside the overpack packaging and all over the other three packs and all over and inside the smaller plastic bag with the funnel to fill the bags with water and the plugs to seal the opening before screwing on the caps. Made a mess and made one of the bags unusable. I elected not to request a return because I needed the product for my trip and didn't have time for replacement. So, I followed the instructions, filled and froze the remaining three packs. They worked fine and stayed frozen in combination with my other industrial ice packs. Rating in the middle because they were shipped incomplete and I can't use the one pack, but the ones I could use worked fine. Also because I immediately reached out to the manufacturer and they have yet to respond days later, so not pleased with the customer service experience.

I needed some ice packs for my cold ferment pickling. I was able to rotate two of the packs into an insulated bag in the morning and in the evening to keep the temperature at the desired degree of 55 to 60 for the ten days. My pickled jalapeño and veggies came out perfect. The packs kept their freezing temperature for a long time. I recommend these for your cooling needs
