The threaded top DOES NOT HOLD! While trying to mist vegetables, the metal container broke free of the handle assembly and crashed to the floor, sending olive oil all over my floor and myself. Cheap cheap cheap construction.

Decided to buy after I saw Rick Bayless use them on one of his cooking videos.I've used other brands of sprayers that require pumping. They were always a pain to pump and the nozzle never seemed to work very well. But these sprayers do not require any pumping--just fill with oil and squeeze. They also have three different nozzle settings, unlike the pump varieties that only have one.I ended up buying several for different oils and I keep one in reserve as a sprayer for bread and BBQ.

I tried to like this. I like the quality of the sprayer, the look, etc. But no, there is no spray. A fan-shaped stream maybe, but no fine mist. If you’re trying to cut down on fat and use this for air frying, go elsewhere. My veggies were so coated with oil that I had to blot them after a spray, and that’s pointless with eggplant. I used less oil just pouring a thin stream from my oil jug. The spray is also very limited, as in, it will splat out a bunch of oil in a fan-shaped stream over a few veggies at a time. So 5-6 goopy sprays over a bowl, then blot. If you’re ok with this, go for it. But if you hope 1-2 sprays will mist all your veggies equally, walk away!

this pump works better then the kind you pressurize like the expensive papered chef version.... just fill and squeeze....no pumping and misting too fine...even spray on food and then into the air fryer...simple and neat and still healthy
