I ran into the same issue as some of the others here, the carrier bearings are WAY oversized. Realized it when I had already beat the bearings on and was about to out the races inthe housing. Don't buy for a ford 9 inch.

I should have bought the kit with the solid spacer. That’s on me however. Good quality product

Crush sleeve wouldn’t crush or was way too long , carrier bearings didn’t fit my diff and very poor quality ring gear bolts
