This seat cover fit perfectly in a Ford edge. Besides containing a 50 lb dog on one area it keeps the hair and sand from getting all over the car. Dog hair is almost impossible to completely get out of car carpet fibers! Takes all of 2 minutes to install/remove. Seems plenty sturdy enough and looks way better than throws and blankets. The base uses corrugated plastic boards instead of the wood particle board so it keeps it lighter weight yet still does the job. The zipper down mesh is a nice feature. Time will tell how the material holds up but seems to be of decent quality. Several hours on trips into town and looks perfect yet. The handles that tuck in the seat do not dislodge. Big thumbs up!

I like this backseat protector. I used it on a 2022 maverick and it fits perfect. I had a similar one in the past but without the rigid bottom. The bottom makes it nice because the dog has solid footing.It's well made. The material will protect the seats from water, mud, hair and nails.I like the mesh window between the two front seats can be unzipped and left open. The previous one I owned didn't do that and the dog eventually ripped it with her nails trying to get over.I have a 50 lb pit bull and it holds her weight fine.Overall recommend.

First...my dogs are 22lbs and 16lbs. for this review. But this was easy to install and really covers my Subaru Forester backseat well to keep dog hair from accumulating. It was easy to undo one side to allow a back seat passenger. I did throw a comfy blanket in the back and love that my one dog can no longer jump over the seat to the front.

Product was as presented and much more durable then I had thought it would be. I recommend it and would buy again if needed. My dog is a pitbull.

So glad I ordered this! My dogs are for sure, much more comfortable too! Not to mention no mess, or a mess that isn't easy to clean any way. I also really like that it makes it so I can put stuff underneath the hammock (on the floor of the back seat) and have seperation from the dogs. Don't have to worry about dog hair or them stepping all over stuff. In my pic, you can see, that I have a stash of granola bars that they can't trample but I can still get to. Easily get to! The dogs feel much more secure. When I turn or hit the brakes they are MUCH less concerned about trying to hang on for dear life. It really does give them so much more room. It has lots of buckles so you can get it to just the size you need. I drive a 2011 Elantra and it fits great and would work just as well in a smaller or larger vehicle. Very easy to get together and install. It looks more complicated online then it really is. It's simply, a hammock, which I didn't really realize until I got it all together. I haven't had any human passengers in the back yet, it's normally just my dogs in the back but it has lots of zippers so you can customize it further by letting a section at a time down so that someone can sit while still having everything covered. The only negitive thing I would say is that the straps at each end make it difficult for the dogs to get in and out. I usually have mine enter through the front and then go to the back in between the 2 front seats. They can still enter through the back, it is just more difficult and with more hesitation. You could even use it without the 2 side straps, it is just more saggy and doesn't feel as solid. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who frequently rides with their dogs!
