I was able to get the cartridge to work but had to pull the chip that came with it "on the side" out and glue the chip from my old cartridge in it to get it to work. I gave it 3 stars because of this. How ever it does work ok after doing this fix.

Despite the fact I have been ordering toner for this printer for years, I still double checked and confirmed I had purchased the correct one. I had. It fit but the printer kept giving me a missing toner message. I replaced the previous cartridge, which was recognized. Product was defective.

At first, I bought this just for the cheap price. When I received the product and installed in my printer,it works well. The printed documents and pictures are clear.Out of my expectation!!
