This unit solved my external speaker connection issues particularly on my ROKU TV. I tried a competitor and finally got it to put out sound on one of my older televisions but could not get it to work with my newer Roku (TCL) television. No hissing or other noise. Just clear sound utilizing the HDMI connection which the other unit did not have as it put out a constant hum. The competitor units are being returned and I bought another one of these to get rid of the humming noise on the older TV that I did get to work with my external speakers. Plenty of power in a compact size and accommodates any multitude of connection needs. This unit is a winner!

This a unique and versatile device, and it's an excellent value. For less than one hundred, this has the full gamut of inputs, including HDMI. I've tested each input, and the only input I found to be lacking was the USB input, which is only capable of 16-bit sampling in Windows. Driver detection is automatic. All inputs functioned without issue, including HDMI. It is truly plug and play to control volume and power with your existing TV remote when connected over HDMI. This also includes a remote on top of that, very nice. The power outage provided to speakers is not good based on the weak power 24v5a power supply, and I'd guess it's delivering about 30-35 watts per channel. If this is tolerable, then this is a great value the features you're getting.

Primero voy a decir que su estructura está bien construida, en cuerpo de aluminio sólido que aunque no tenga ventilación esto ayuda a disipar temperatura, diseño minimalista y compacto, muy completo en sus varias funciones, y lo principal, un audio sublime que hara un buen match con tus altavoces y monitores de estudio, te da la posibilidad de montar dos cabinas pasivas, un duo, (activo/pasivo) en su canal RCA Out, y un pequeño sub activo a la vez, finalmente este último ya no lo creo necesario! Ya que con cuatro altavoces creas un ambiente sumamente agradable a un volumen moderado! ...para quienes quieren disfrutar en la comodidad de su sala un lindo audio, este es el equipo indicado a un precio muy asequible! Muy recomendable!

I took a chance on this amp considering all the features and power it had to offer. I wanted an assortment of inputs including a sub out port for an active subwoofer. The LCD screen is very nice and works well with the remote controlIt allows you to make every selection combined with the multi function knob that works extremely well. The sound is crisp and not over done with bass and treble adjustments if needed. I assume the power is about 35 to 40 WPC at 8 Ohm. Plenty to drive most speakers.The unit is most attractive as it is all metal and has good weight to it. I think it is bet served in a small to medium size room. If your looking for the amp to drive large speakers in a large room.....look elsewhere. I use this amp on my desktop to drive Cambridge Minx speakers with a 6.5 inch powered sub.I must say it sounds very good to my listening.....I like the fact I can stack my compact DVD player on the top of the unit for easy access. I don't know much about this China Company but given it's attractive price point and features, I think it's a winner.

worked for max 10 min and then died. had 3 yds of concrete in forms and it left us hanging. absolute piece of crap unless you only need a vibrator for 10 min. or less

We needed a tool for field work where no power was available and this is a beast. Battery life is excellent with fast charging. Very portable. Manufacturer/ seller has great optional accessories for concrete test labs trying to meet ASTM C31 for concrete cylinder mold as extremely efficient alternative to tamping.

I finally decided to start setting up my audio system and pulled this out of the original box & packaging after sitting for a couple months. I purchased this specifically for the optical since my TV only has optical out. All other functions on this unit work fine but I get no audio from the optical port. I verified speakers connected to it work by testing with bluetooth and that the optical signal was good by testing it on a sound bar. So unfortunately the function I needed this unit for doesn't work and it's of course well passed the return window so, into the recycle bin it goes!

Using to vibrate the footing's for the retaining walls I'm building. Helps the concrete self level & gets all the air bubbles out.Great idea. Great for smaller projects and amateur use.

This works better than my Makita that it replaced. Bonus is that the old batteries fit it!Wish that it had variable speed; sometimes it's TOO strong.I'm buying a second one.
