I’m a very small adult. Wore to birthday princess party and then gave to my 4 year old granddaughter. She was so happy everyone dressed up for her.

I thought this skirt was cute, my 9 year old daughter not so much. It’s definitely more for younger girls. Had my daughter been a couple years younger I know she would have loved it but she said she felt like a baby in it. The quality of it is nice. It’s thick, poofy & a great length. We purchased it for a fairy costume & I think it would have been perfect.

Updating my review. I actually washed the tutus and they fluffed up very nicely. I still think the tutus with the ribbon are poorly made and would skip purchasing those. The gold and silver polka dot or star versions haven’t lost all of their paint, yet and still look decent. I would recommend the layered ones, especially at $6-9 per tutu.I purchased this and several other tutus for my daughter who often MUST accessorize her outfit for preschool with a skirt or tutu of some sort. Definitely not 5 layers. The solid and polka-dot painted tutus could technically be counted as 4, as they are two thin layers of stiff tulle doubled over. The ribbon-trimmed tutus are 1 layer. They won’t last long and all have an odd smell. I will hand wash them all (7 total) and soak in fabric softener, but for the price, they’re fine.The versions with the ribbon are very poorly made and I would suggest not purchasing. The ribbon is very thin and the stitching is shoddy. These are a single layer of tulle, alternating strips according to color. I purchased a rainbow tutu similar to this one a few years back and this version is far worse, no comparison. Save yourself the trouble. I will try to find better quality ribbon-trimmed tutus.The version with the polka dots seem ok, but I think the gold and silver paint will come off when I hand wash and soak them to remove the odor and and soften them enough for my daughter to wear.None are 5 layers, as advertised.
