I love this pan! So effective in what it's supposed to do.Reading some of the comments I was a little leery of getting this one.Mainly reading about how some of them leaked.It took a little noodling with it to figure out how to not let it leak, but it works perfectly.Easy to clean. Sturdy. Scratch resistant.I love this pan, and it's opened up an area of baking I have avoided cos I wasn't sure I could make it work the way I expected it to. But it does exactly what it's supposed to do.Super easy to clean.

Skeptical am I when it comes to mail order bakeware. Farberware is a name my grandmothers and great grandmothers used so I saw this one at a decent price point a scooped her on up.I previously purchased another brand and was instantly aggravated when I picked up the box. It went flying out of my hand across the kitchen it was so lightweight! I then realized that it was made of Lord knows what and it clearly would hold up to my cheesecake. I didn't bother even bother opening it and sent that bad boy right on back.Enter Faberware and baybeeee it was on! Y'all this pan is weighty and so pretty. The finish is sleek and unmarred and it baked this Basque Burnt Cheesecake to utter perfection.I am immensely pleased with its performance and how sturdy it feels. It bakes evenly and completely in my Kenmore gas oven that is older than Jesus. The latch opens easily and the bottom seal is flawless and easy to seat in its groove; just sitnit on the counter and snap it shut. No leakage either.Thanks for making a quality product at a decent price point. Bravo.

I make NY Style Cheesecakes and this has become my favor pan! It's sturdy and I get an even cook every time! I do use a silicone base for the pan before I put it in the water-bath. This pan is so easy to clean and the 9" gives me a perfect looking cheesecake!

Lo compré para regalárselo a mi mamá por el día de las madres y hasta ahora, lo adora. Es fácil de usar, si es resistente y se limpia bien al lavarlo. A mi madre le encantó tanto que le compré un segundo molde para que empezara su negocio de pasteles y panques.

No se puede usar para hornear pasteles o mezclas liquidas, el seguro no sella el molde y no embona correctamente en la base

Se pega en las paredes un poco del Pay, entonces hay que poner papel encerado decían que no era necesario.

These are great. The only complaint I have is that there's a bit of a rim on the bottom of the pan, so if you're trying to lift a cheesecake out it may need some fiddling.

Muy buen producto. Al comprarlo no imagine que fuera asi de bueno. Solo un pequeño detalle de la orilla, que parecia golpeada pero nada de importancia.
