We have family that has horses and boards others so they are always busy with the horses and it was nice to give these a go. We thought they are great (don't go riding much) but our family member that is quite involved (clearly) and also acrobatic with her horses doesn't feel these will hold up for her. They are lightweight and breathable but that may also hinder it in a sense of durability and longevity of these. The fit is great and is a good pair for the novice riders who want to give it a shot!

Bought them for my 12 year old step daughter for her riding lessons. She was super excited when they came in. She wasn't expecting them to be as nice as they are. They are slightly too big, but she's 12 so the whole "still growing" thing is a factor. She loves them though. No chaffing, warmer then other brands, seams are all still tight.

These gloves are very comfortablefit nicely (I bought the small as usual and fit exactly as I'd expect/want)nicely breathablefeel and look well made--time will tell re durability of course, but no early signs of concern--not too thin, no hanging threads or missed stitching,move wellno chafing or rubbing at allthey aren't the gloves you'd wear to keep warm in upstate NY, but not what I bough them for. For my purpose, these are excellent, and I'm very pleased

These riding gloves are made of a flexible breathable mesh fabric. They are very comfortable and provide a good grip on the reins. They are very soft and stay tight with the aid of a Velcro closure around the wrist.

One big complaint with gloves is breathability, finding a compromise between protection, breathability and toughness.This set has a good mix of all 3, velcro is good, stitching is well done. No fraying threads found here. The palm material is also fairly rugged and should last with basic maintenance of cleaning and hydrating with a protective cleaning fluid.Very happy with this.
