I like the coverlet. I have washed it and dried it on medium low heat. I don't know if it shrank, because I didn't measure it before I washed it. With that being said we have a 14" mattress on an adjustable bed frame and it does not hang enough on each side to look like a bedspread. We will continue to use the bed skirt with it. I was hoping to do away with the skirt, but I can't. It was wrinkle free when I removed it and the sham covers from the dryer. That is a definite plus because being as it's a solid light color, it would definitely show those. I think it looks nice and not cheap. It's light weight enough to not be too heavy for sleeping. In colder weather or climates you could add a blanket if necessary.

I love that it’s oversized. It’s lightweight. You can use it in the summer months when your air is running and it’s warm enough in the winter when your heat is on the best part is that it’s oversized and it looks pretty good.

I am unable to test out how the material performance is but with early usage, see no perceptible spike in particulate count (based off a home filter air sensor nearby) when using the vacuum with the generic brand filters.The OEM Miele HEPA (SF-HA50) filters are a bit pricey and even price aside, are not easy to find in retailer outlets depending on were you live so having a second option is a definitely bonus if you or someone in the household has allergies!
