This thing is a great IFAK bag holds quite a bit and really durable. I've got mine packed full holds enough for multiple people who might need medical supplies for whatever injury it may be.

Attached this to my 5.11 Rush12, mounts solid, full clamshell opening for accessing first aid supplies, some elastic straps for managing all the crap you stuff in there, and at least twice the quality you would expect at this price. I'll definitely keep an eye out for Orca products for future needs.

Short story: I like it. It's durable, holds up to lots of use, and hasn't had any issues.Longer story: I purchased this in 2018 (just getting around to reviewing...I like to test my products!). I'm a volunteer EMT and have used this bag to carry gear during class & in the field, then transitioned it to be my go-to first aid kit for hikes, road trips/drives, camping, etc. It can carry lots of equipment; currently, mine holds bandaids, single instant cold pack, elastic bandages, tape, allergy medications, small bottles of Tylenol & Advil, tourniquet, trauma shears, gauze, gloves, emergency mylar blanket, and small single-use packets of alcohol wipes and ointments. It's portable, can clip to the back of a backpack, or I toss a luggage strap on it and clip a Nalgene bottle to it...best (and cheapest) way to carry first aid equipment and water. I've had no issues and really like it. Will be purchasing another to use as a small tool bag to keep in my car.

Excelentes materiales y acabados. Le caben bastantes cosas.Un botiquín no puede faltar en cualquier salida de casa especialmente cuando sales de camping, caza, pesca etc...

I like this pouch because it's well-constructed and a good size for an EDC first aid kit that can be kept in my backpack. The extra molle on the outside is a bonus - haven't used it yet but like that it's available. The interior has plenty of room for whatever kind of first aid supplies you might want to put in - obviously not in large quantities but big enough for an emergency. It fits a tourniquet; Celox solution, Israeli bandage, mylar "blankets", note pad & pen, penlight, band-aids, EMT shears, with some room for other stuff. The elasticized bands also aid in keeping things in place and organized. The zipper works well (moves easily without catching), has pull tabs, and it seems to be strong enough so there's no need to worry that it will break or separate. The "red cross" patch is held in place with a hook and loop fastener and can easily be moved around or taken off; you can put your own morale patch on if so desired but the red cross helps ID the first kit. Nice pouch overall.

I delayed writing this to get some time in with the pouch. It has held up very well and is a nice size for intermediate use. It's not a combat medic's pouch, it's a bit bigger than most iFAK's, but it's a nice in between size. It is also relatively flat compared to some pouches like this. Depending on your needs that can be helpful to keep bulk to a minimum. Obviously if you are limited in MOLLE or belt space you'll have a different priority.Zippers work well and the MOLLE appears to be well done and properly spaced. I haven't attached it to anything but did mess around using some MALICE straps to see how it would fit if I decided to. In my case I'm using it in a backpack as an organizational pouch.Internal organization is good. There are changes I would make, but that's true of most pouches, they can't be perfect for everyone and I have yet to find one that is perfect for me. There is plenty of room yet the material is not flimsy, I don't have any concern that the internal dividers won't hold up.Overall construction is good. Not high end, but better than most. Certainly better than anything else I've seen in this price range. For triple the money I'd still be impressed.
