I bought these to use for baking a pumpkin pie crust and they worked perfectly to keep the crust from bubbling/puffing up.

I like the product, but it seems there are not quite enough weights to cover the bottom of a 9" pie, as pictured. The photo is also misleading, as you should put the pie weights on parchment and then place both weights and parchment into the pie to blind bake. They work fine. No problems with shipping.

Excellent Ceramic Pie Weights. . . I bought three bags to cover my pie crust needs. I keep them in a nice mason type jar in my cupboard. The item is exactly as descirbed and I recommend three bags should satisfy all your pie needs lest you be a professional.

These pie weights do a good job of letting my crusts to bake without letting them puff up. I used two cups worth when blind-baking my tart crust. The weights didn't retain heat for too long so I could put them away quickly afterwards.

These are great! I've used them numerous times to make pie and tart crusts and they work great. The only thing is that "11 ounces" of ceramic weights aren't that many. They barely cover the bottom of a small pie tin. If you tend to make more than one pie at a time, you'll want to get a couple bags of these.
