Terrible product with terrible customer service. First set cracked using it for the first time. Contacted Franklin customer service and was sent a new set. Get the new set and use them for the first time this past weekend and both boards cracked in the same spot. Get home and contacted Franklin to advise the new set did the same as the last ones and was told they would not offer any further help!

After about 5 hrs of use I installed a small board between the legs to stop the platform from wobbling. After about 20 hrs of use one of the side rails broke.

I bought this set for my husband for Father's Day. The intent was for backyard use. It's such a great set, convenient enough to take along when visiting others. I love that the folding legs have wing nuts on them so the legs can be securely tightened with use over time. There is Velcro strips on the back edges of the board frames to attach the 2 together for storage. The bean bags are made of durable material, as is the storage case. The whole set is somewhat heavy and bulky, but that's kind of the nature of the game! Well worth the price!

I ordered this about a week ago. It arrived and seemed perfect for our family. After playing with it three times (with adult supervision), one of the board legs has already split (the wood). I'm so disappointed. We were loving this product. But, now, after only three uses, the product is pretty much useless.
