The replacement so far, seems to be I working fine and looks brand new. The first one was damaged some how, but we purchased a 3 year plan for $7.99; and the customer service representative was very helpful, nice and professional. HE processed our claim ASAP, and we received our New replacement undamaged in perfect condition in 3DAYS TOPS. I RECOMMEND anyone and everyone to purchase these protective plans, so you can have a PEACE OF MIND. Definitely FIVE STARS!✨ for protection plan service and fast promptly delivery replacement. I really appreciate and hope that this Franklin sports Rod Hockey table game holds up well. Only time will tell, THANK YOU! AMAZON PRIME, OH YEAH GET THE PROTECTION PLANS PEOPLE! Received this product for grandson’s ChristmasCame broken was told too late for returnSo asked for replacement partsAlso said they couldn’t send partsFor the cost it’s very disappointing and unacceptable serviceWould not recommend this product to anyone

Hi to all , the game is very poorly assembled and manufactured, it took a bit of adjusting to have the player gears mesh together so that the players would turn correctly, also the table is warped and that needed to be flattened out and made level ,
