I received and returned the first one of these mini deep fryers because it wouldn’t power on. I received an identical replacement. I do mean identical. The second unit would not power on either. This unit has a magnetic power connection. It connects magnetically but does not pass power through the connection. I attempted to hold in the safely switch to see if it would power on. Still no power passed through the connection. This item can’t be returned now for credit, refund or exchange. I’m left with a chrome polished paperweight the size of a breadbox. This engineering design is a failure. I won’t attempt to order another unit.

I got this as a Christmas gift back in 2023. Stated using it in Jan 24, and it broke in March. I contacted Elite Gourmet ( 3 times) but was told the warranty is only valid if I live in the USA.They told me to contact Amazon. I did, they did nothing. So Elite Gourmet, the manufacturer, did nothing the fix the issue and Amazon, the seller, did nothing to fix the issue either. So I just wasted almost $70 on a piece of junk.Not impressed Elite Gourmet/ Amazon. :(Guess I'll be getting my new appliances from Walmart. If a problem occurs they will FIX it.

I can't review this entirely as I returned it. REASON, the basket was not long enough to do POGO's/Corn Dogs. It was large enough for fries, fingers wings etc for 1 or 2, just didn't work for me

El producto coincide con la descripción del proveedor, el precio del producto esta acordela freidora es muy fácil de usar, tiene gran capacidad, no quema el aceitelo que no me gustó del producto es que el enchufe de la freidora es por imán y el peso del cable le gana y lo termina desconectando, también cuando se utiliza por un período de tiempo la freidora se calienta y también hace que se pierda la conexión, al producto deberían de colocarle un imán de mayor potencia o cambiar el imán por una clavija, lo que hice para solventar esta situación es poner debajo del cable un soporte que mantenga el cable a la altura del contacto de imán para que no se desconecte
