I bought these for my Mom's Silver Sneakers class. She's petite so size and comfort were a concern. She's a diva too, so there's that.She loves them right out of the box. They are the weight she wanted, she said they were very comfy, and were easy to don/doff. The stitching seems to be of good quality and she said its much easier for her to use these vs 3# dumbbells.

The strap goes through this metal band attached to the wrist weight by a loop of fabric. The wrist weight itself seems to fit snugly ...... until you exercise vigorously. That loop twists around so the metal band flips, and the wrist weight itself becomes very loose around your wrist.I used it twice. Just twice. And it went halfway through that second time.They might work well for light exercise (e.g. walking), but nothing more animated than that.
