Product was broken when I received it. Catch tray for water feed tube was broken off. I had to salvage the tray off the old unit and install it on the new tray. Product was well packaged. Most likely broken before shipping.

Edit: Frigidaire claims this is not being sold in an authorized manner, and the part has no warranty. So, regardless of how Amazon describes this, it may or may not actually be a factory part, and the factory will not honor any warranty on it. So, you're on your own if this thing fails on day one.----Well, at least we know this thing behaves like the actual factory part, because it failed in the exact same way as my factory unit did. A cube or two will inevitably be deformed, get stuck on the ejection phase of the ice making operation, and in my case fracture or completely break one of the plastic guides. Once broken, it will never work reliably again; they'll just jam on every single ice making cycle.I got all of six weeks into this purchase before the failure occurred, conveniently two weeks past the return window. So, guess I'm off to fight with Frigidaire.
