Ordered this drive thinking it would be brand new, instead received a used unit in an opened package. I can't trust this device in an enterprise environment..

This product has a wrong / misleading product description. Because it says that the interface is "Serial ATA" I was thinking that I am buying a normal SATA HDD, but instead I got a SAS HDD which I can't use.Now I have to return this HDD due to wrong description of the product :(

Wow, these drives are great. I bought four of them. Easy to set up. Had them running in under 10 minutes. I'm using them in a Mediasonic Pro RAID box as individual discs. All read and write perfectly in this system.I can't wait to get more of them.

Product as advertised. Have ordered many drives online and packaging was unusual but effective and secure.
