This rolling tool box cover came simple in a thin plastic bag and did not include any information about the product or the seller. The material is thin and lightweight, black water repellent material on one side and a shiney silver UV material on the other. This is the same fabric that I have for some of my patio furniture covers.The zipper is smooth and works well, the stitches even but only single stitches so they will give after awhile. The clips at the sides are also single stitched and plastic but they do hold the cover in place. The product does fit very loose around the rolling tool box, not at all like the product image and after measuring my unit, I don’t understand why as it is only 15 inches wide and 19 inches long. This is only a little smaller than the products dimensions yet there is hands full of extra cloth.This product does work, keeping my rolling tool box drier and more dust free but it isn’t perfect. Priced at $39.99 at the time of this review, it is also very expensive for a one size fits all product with very limited use.

Lightweight cover that fits my Rigid tool box system well. Features side pockets and a strap on each side to snug up the fit. Zipper opening at the top allows you to access and extend the handle to your rolling cart without removing the cover which is a great feature. Drawstring at the bottom of you want an extra secure fit. I picked this up to protect my cases from water intrusion and sun damage. So far it’s a great solution and holding up well. Tight woven material is water repellent and is easy to install over the box. Rolls up compactly for storage in boxes when not in use.Overall functions as well or better than anticipated and keeps my boxes looking newer and staying drier which is important to me for my finish work rig.My grading scaleMy ratings are based on one or more of the following characteristics. I preface this by saying, it WAS pointed out in the ad. The ad has a note about measurements to be sure it will work for you. I grossly underestimated the height of my Ryobi stack! Anyway i don’t care, it covers my unsecured bin at the top and the top of the bottom bin. It’s not thick or tough as a Carhartt material, more of a grill cover. I would suggest they adjust the opening for the handles to something more like newer car seat covers that open for headrests and can be zipped or snapped at the center or handle opening. I use this to cover my modular Husky tool box stack. I use the tool boxes to store my RC parts and tools, so I like to keep the box relatively clean for transporting to the track on race days. This cover fits quite well. Slightly large, but it just makes it easier to get onto the box. It has a zipper opening for the handle, if you want to move the box around with the cover still on. I think it's a little overpriced for what it is, but it does its job well, keeping my tool box dust-free in the garage.
