Does the job, offers decent protection but if you are more of a heavy use person with your gear you may want to upgrade to something more rugged, the fit and design are good for what you get and it’s simple to put on and use.

This is a nice option to protect your expensive Insta360 action camera. There are really two options with this set. You can use the whole silicone cover over the camera, along with the lens cover that slips over, or just use the larger lens cover to protect the lens. Both are very simple to install, and each fits over the camera when you have the protective lens covers installed on the camera. Very happy with this affordable option to protect my camera and would recommend to a friend.

The cover fits the X4 well, but is a little thin. Not that big a deal except for the narrow parts of the cover that doesn't fit as snuggly as it should. I think this is because you have to stretch the case a little to get the camera inserted. It should go back to shape with time. However, if you want a thin case, this one is nice. It works fine and the lens covers seem pretty good.Don't think I will every use the included lanyard since this is a 360 camera, so haven't tried it. It attaches to one of the lens covers and although the lens covers stay on well, I would not trust swinging my X4 around only attached to the lens cover.The buttons press easily through the case and the access door opens without issue. The battery also slides out past the case nicely. Overall, this is a decent case and recommend it to anyone who wants a thin X4 protective cover.
