We really needed some King-sized pillow cases, so I ordered this pair from Decfair for review. When they arrived and I opened the package, I was really impressed at the quality for under $20 for the pair. We are used to percale sheets from Brooklinen, and while these are not percale cotton, they are very high quality. They feel very heavy and maintain their shape very nicely. The stitching is well done. They took a very long time to arrive, but I've used them for 4 days now and they really feel above hotel-quality. I wouldn't describe them as soft, but more structured and supple. They are very pleasant to sleep with, do not overheat, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The price point is really great for this kind of quality. Very unexpected. 5 stars!

These are heavyweight fabric that are comfortable to sleep on. As with all cotton sheets, I'm certain these will get softer with age. To date, they've only been washed twice, but are very comfortable. (I am extremely picky with fabrics and my sheets must be 100% cotton) and these passed the test.I will note, at first glance I was worried about the size because I could immediately tell they were narrower than a standard king case. But after using them for the past several weeks, I've determined I actually quite like that they are narrower because they help loft up my pillows, which are feather. However, if you already have denser, thick pillows, this could cause a problem for you.Note: these are 1-3/4" longer than my standard king cases and 3/4" (actually 1-1/2" circumference) narrower.

This is a a nice pair of king size pillow cases. The fabric is high quality and is similar to other Egyptian cotton fabrics I have. I left 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons. The first is they have a noticeable detergent fragrance to them, so I needed to wash them before using. The other reason is I have a very similar pair of these, priced the same, but I prefer the stitching on those more and they had no odor. But these are good and I look forward to using them.

I recently upgraded my bedding with these "1000 Thread Count 100% Egyptian Cotton King Pillowcases Set of 2", and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality. The standout feature for me is the sateen weave. The sateen is soft and smooth against the skin. Unlike some cotton weaves that can feel crisp or stiff, this sateen finish has a subtle sheen and a soft texture that makes slipping into bed a real treat. It’s breathable too, which keeps me comfortable throughout the night without overheating, a huge plus for someone who runs warm. The fit on my king-size pillows is spot-on as well. These pillowcases slide on effortlessly and hug the pillows snugly without any excess fabric bunching up or slipping off during the night. If you’re after pillowcases that combine next-level comfort with a perfect fit, this set is a fantastic choice. I'll definitely be looking for more of these the next time I need pillow cases.

Eqyptian cotton has been in over-demand for decades and is in short supply except to the old line European manufacturers who have been using it for years. It comes in 7 grades and not only is this not even the lowest grade, I am pretty certain it is not even long staple cotton, such as pima. I didn't expect them to be Eqyptian cotton based on their price and country of origin so I was hoping for some basic decent cotton cases. I didn't get what I consider decent as an overwhelming chemical odor hit me as soon as I opened the package so I washed them in soap and vinegar prior to bringing them into my bedroom. They don't smell anymore but any enthusiasm I could have had for them was ruined. And since all I have slept on all my life is Egyptian or long staple cotton I don't like the way they feel either. These were not for me but that doesn't mean you won't like them.
