I recently ordered this two-pack of dice trays from Amazon and I am very happy with this product. I used them for the first time, recently, in a game of Zombicide and in a game of D&D. They set up quickly with the use of a couple of some snaps, and they are sharp-looking on the table. They are plenty high to contain dice rolls or to be used as component trays. When you are finished using them, they can be quickly unsnapped and made to lie flat, again. I have several other foldable dice trays from some other companies, but I would say that these are the best ones I have used, thus far, in my gaming career. Highly recommended!

The Good:Two dice trays are included that lay flat for storage and snap together for use.A velvet interior surface that absorbs sound and impact of rolling dice better than a hard surface.The Meh:The Clasps that snap together are basic and after a few uses already have started to feel like they will fail sooner than later.The embossed company logo into the fabric makes the already thin Pile (or Plush) of the velvet even worse. There is enough of a height difference in the logo area to affect the results while rolling of higher polyhedral dice like D20s.While the velvet is better than a hard surface, it is so thin that dice will make some noise when impacting the interior rigid material. This will be louder than rolling a neoprene mat for example.The not great:The "Leather" backing material has started to loosen from the interior backing material in the crease areas after just a few times folding and unfolding for storage.The dimensions shown in the product photo are incorrect: Measuring at the top the corner to corner is 7.750 and 7.000 from side to side, not the 8.7 and 7.4 shown. The black tray had a flaw in the fabric (see the photo). While it doesn't affect dice rolls, it is somewhat ugly and I wouldn't purchase it from a retail store at full price if there were other non-flawed ones on the shelf.

I prefer hex-style dice trays to the square style, so needless to say, these caught my eye. The snaps are a bit of a pain at first -- they come shipped snapped together, interior to interior -- but once apart, mine snapped together just fine.Material is soft and damped the sound of rolling while still allowing for true rolls.One advantage of hex style is that you can leave one side open, i.e. unsnapped, allowing you to throw the dice in from the side and up against the far wall.Overall, a great table enhancement for avid gamers that will help keep you nicely organized.

I really like this pair of snap-together dice trays. I have other similar ones from other manufacturers, and these are really nice quality by comparison. I want to love them, but the company has embossed their logo rather deeply on the inside of the tray, which affects the way smaller dice tumble and causes some to lay crooked or to be unstable depending on where they land. I wish this was screen-printed or embossed on the OTHER side of the tray, leaving the inside smooth. Not a deal-breaker, but enough of an annoyance to deduct 1 Star. Snaps are holding strong and the material used is very nice.

The product was two dice trays that folded flat and then snap up to take their shape.The product came with two dice trays snapped together, and when separated, the snaps didn't work. Product totally useless for it's purpose.Returning product, have to try a different brand I guess.
