Wifi device shows it had zero charge and then almost immediately after within about 3 seconds it shows it is 100% charged. This is right out of the box. The device will not power on and I followed the instructions. I decided to plug the unit into a USB port to charge it and did that for about 30 minutes. The device will still not turn on. Also, the device is not recognized by either of two different computers. The lack of this device to work tells me there is definitely something wrong with it. I will call customer service as my second step and hopefully all problems are resolved. Right now I can not recommend this device to anyone. It currently has a Zero on a scale of 1 to 10. By zero I mean way way way less than a 1.

This product was needed to supply music for a few gigs I had. I got it up loaded and presto. I love it. Nice

This can work very well and I am very happy with it. But there are some things it does that can be annoying. It has spontaneously deleted downloaded videos, audio books, music, and apps. Sometimes you will have downloaded items that are working fine with WiFi, and as soon as you walk away from WiFi, the downloads can no longer be played. It glitches sometimes too.I have had to factory reset it.After a few weeks, these issues are disappearing and it is working better and better.All of those complaints aside, I am enjoying it. The quality is pretty good, it works with youtube, audible, and has google playstore so you can add more apps.

This is more than an mp3 player, it's also a teeny tablet. You can download your favorite music apps as well as any others. Doesn't have a very loud speaker but you can plug in a speaker or headphones thru the input socket or with Bluetooth. I use it at my desk at work and stream SiriusXM, Spotify or Amazon Music. I can also check my email or Facebook. Very happy with it!

The one I got kept overheating, not recognizing the memory card, crashing, and endlessly cycling without booting.
