I still prefer my own two feet for gripping the yoga mat, but for Barre and Pilates, these are fantastic! Women’s socks are too big on me, these are pretty perfect, but could use more stretch. After washing they do become quite stiff and not as pliable.

Our 8 year old is in yoga trapeze class and he loves these socks. They seem comfortable and grippy enough for him. He’s had them for about 3 months and they’re still in great condition.

My daughter’s gymnastics requires grip socks and these are perfect. So much better than those socks you get at the trampoline parks. These fit good, stay on, haven’t shrunk or been ruined in the wash. Told the other parents at gym to buy them
