The stand is well made & easy to assemble. The two burners give good heat control and the paella pan is perfect. The handles do get hot so we use a silicone grip to lift the pan if we need to move it. An 11lb propane tank fits nicely in the centre of the stand. We purchased separately the connector for the tank to burner.First time using it was for a birthday party and it was a great success.

I purchased this to have paella parties and also for use as a camping stove.It's a robust build, its heavy steel structure (which you kinda want). I've used it several times to make paella and its great. The pan is huge and if you make paella its quite a lot of food so have a party, invite friends or be ready to have a lot of left overs. I used a smaller cast iron pan on it and it worked great. You can use both flame rings or just use the inner flame ring. There is no reason you can not throw a wok on it, or even a grill pan on it. Comes with a few attachment fittings, I have used both a 20Lb propane tank as well as smaller propane tanks.It's a great device and worth the money.
