Kit containing belt, tensioner, and idler pulley was a great price and seems like great quality. Very pleased.

Great, solid metal pulley. Both the bearing and pulley are high quality and coo is Canada for both. This pulley should last the rest of my life because the pulley is so thick and the bearing is replaceable since I have a press. Much better than the plastic pulleys which encase the bearing, so you have to replace everything if you want a new bearing. The other plus, if you have the inline six/4.9 and the plastic pulley with flanges is eating belts up, this flat pulley is technically the solution Ford came up with to deal with belt alignment issues on that engine.

I just received this pulley today, so I can't speak to it's long term durability. I'm writing this review to provide information that I looked for before buying it. I received mine on 30 April 2016. It's colored gloss black and marked "Made In Canada." The bearing in mine is an NTN 6203LAX30 with red rubber seals. There is no bearing keeper on either side, and nothing in the way of pressing one out. I'd use cylindrical parts retaining compound if I was to change it. The thickness of the outer rim of the pulley measured an average of .090" thick with my caliper. It will likely do a fine job for a long time. The bearing is offset in the pulley so that if I were to attempt to install it with the cavity facing the radiator, it would rub, but when I install it with the cavity facing the engine, it turns freely, with about a sixteenth of an inch of gap between the edge of the pulley and the belt tensioner. I installed it on a 1996 F150 with a 300 inline 6 engine. I modified the photos so that the black paint didn't disappear into black shadows. The color is very dark and glossy.
