I had a GBC laminator for about 10 years and it was great so I wanted to go with the same brand when it finally quit working. This one is even better! I like that it doesn't easily grab the side and crinkle up the laminate - it keeps it straight and smooth. You can set it for 3mil and 5 mil sheets, and it heats up fast. Would definitely recommend.

It worked like a champ until I sent the wrong size piece through. I emailed customer service and had a replacement unit within the week.

Lamina o enmica perfectamente, estoy contenta con el resultado que deja. Desconozco porque tiene en la parte superior una marca como si fuera usado y no totalmente nuevo.

Me ha servido mucho sobre todo ahorita con el COVID y tener que poner letreros por todos lados ya no tengo que comprarlos, solo diseño - ímprimo y enmico

We purchased this laminator for our small office approximately 10 months ago. We've used it only a handful of times, laminating fewer than 20 sheets of 3mm paper. It worked perfectly the first few uses, but around the 5th use it started curling the outer edges of the pages. Around the 10th use, it jammed up for the first time. I was able to get the paper out of the laminator successfully, and although it continued to curl the upper outer edge, that wasn't a big deal to me since we primarily used the laminator to make door signs for our business. On the 18th paper, it has jammed again. I can't get the paper out and the machine is no longer returnable through Amazon, so we have to go through the manufacturer because it's just under the one-year warranty. If you purchase this product, I highly suggest getting the extended warranty - you'll need it.Update 11/04/21: Received a new laminator six weeks after contacting customer service. On the third time it was used, the replacement laminator also started curling the edges of every page. On the fourth time, it jammed irreparably. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I don't like that the guides for the laminating sheets can are so loose. I adjust them for 8.5" sheets but the guides don't stay and sometimes the laminating sheet goes thru crooked and creates wrinkles in the finished sheet. This results in wasted time and product.
