This is a must have for road trips or long car rides. It’s very easy to set up and holds an ipad with no problems. It’s sturdy and we’ve had no issues with it thus far.

We most recently used this tablet holder on a trip to the lake, complete with bumpy roads. I was so impressed with how this tablet holder handled the job, keeping a firm grip on our iPad and not causing any pausing or skipping with our downloaded content. Installation is super simple (you simply hook to one headrest and then use the telescoping rod to hook to the other headrest) and can be changed to fit most vehicles. It’s also easy to add the iPad to the holder, though I would be careful of allowing little hands to do this job since there is a pinch point with the springs that hold the iPad in place. This allowed viewing for all three children, including my oldest who generally claims the back row. It impedes your view through the back glass a bit, but no more than the luggage piled in the back. I probably wouldn’t leave this in the car at all times, but since it’s so easy to add and remove, it’s no big deal to add on the fly. Overall, this is a great product that solved the issue of “who gets the iPad” on our family trips.
