I've purchased RPi4B about a year ago as a standard CanaKit which comes with two MicroHDMI-to-HDMI cables and a case. These cables worked fine in two additional cases I used so far, but in this one they do not. It seems that the opening for the MicroHDMI on the case is not allowing cables to be firmly connected. When fully assembled, the port is too deep inside (due to the thickness of the case) and connection is not good. I liked the idea of having M.2 SSD inside the case, but I can't use my RPi4 while it's in this case. If I take the whole assembly out of the case, it works perfectly.I'd like to ask our seller "What MicroHDMI cables (or adapters) are compatible with the case"?Or, to suggest that there is an option to purchase the case with compatible HDMI cables/adapters included, so that we don't have to hunt down cables that work with the case. We may end up purchasing several sets until we find good ones. Drilling bigger holes in the case is also an option, I guess.

The most important fun fact to take away from this review is that the M.2 board will not work without additional 5V power supplied to its Pogo pins. USB power is not enough. So if you're like me, and want to install an OS on the M.2 from your Mac or PC, the way to do this is to attach the M.2 board to a Pi and supply the Pi with power (no need for any SD card). Then plug the M.2 board's USB into your computer. Your computer should immediately recognize the M.2 board and prompt you with formatting options.If you try this without using the Pogo pins, a white LED will light up, but that's it.It's disconcerting that this product depends on three Pogo pins making contact with solder joints (not even flat copper pads) in order to work.Also, the description says: "The type of SSD drive must be M.2 SATA SSD 2280 because the adapter board does not support NVME SSD and NGFF SSD." I bought this because the fan in my Argon M.2 case was so loud. This case is much quieter, you can still hear the fan, but barely. The case is well constructed and easy to assemble. The Argon case is more asthetically pleasing, but this one looks nice too. Although many might consider it a plus, I'm not wild about the colored light for the fan. I would recommend this case, in fact, I just ordered a second one. If the Pi 4's ever become available again, I'll be ordering more.
