El gel lubricante de tracción de alambre 3M WL-QT, es un excelente lubricante para tirar de una amplia variedad de tipos de cables. Hecho de gel de polímero blanco translúcido, este lubricante produce un bajo coeficiente de fricción para una tracción suave de alambre y cable de baja tensión. Un bajo coeficiente de fricción puede ayudar a que el cable sea más fácil con menos posibilidades de daños en la cubierta del cable por altas fuerzas de tracción.
Este lubricante translúcido blanco y sin manchas es fácil de manejar y aplicar con una limpieza rápida y simple. El gel no contiene cera, grasa ni silicona. El bajo contenido de sólidos significa menos bloqueo del conducto si se requieren tirones adicionales.
El gel lubricante de tracción de cables 3M WL-QT se utiliza en tipos de cables como cables de alimentación, control, instrumentación y comunicación, incluyendo cables coaxiales y de fibra óptica. Este lubricante viene en un cuarto de galón, es compatible con tipos comunes de materiales de cubierta de cable, y está listado UL y certificado CSA.

Used to pull wire and cable up 50 foot sailboat mast, installed heavier wires for better service and they ran through conduit and did not have much room with other wires, the 3M wax lube worked great. I don't think we would have gotten them installed without this, and not greasy so no stains on the deck! I am done so I gave the rest of the bottle to the radio guy who couldn't believe how well this worked.

This stuff is awesome! I had a conduit installed between my basement and top story, and run all of my Ethernet cables through it. In the past, I've used string/cords and had to carefully pull cables with a new piece of string/cord attached. No more with this goo. Just grease-up the cable as you push (taking advantage of gravity), and it goes through the conduit like excrement through an avian. I'm sure the pros know all about this stuff, but it's excellent for home use as well. Note: I covered the plug end with masking tape to keep the goo out of the connector - worked like a champ.
