I bought a refurbished Thinkpad X1 Carbon with a keyboard in rough shape. Ordered this as a replacement and spent SO LONG swapping it out, only for it to be unusable.Pressing Shift plus another key would activate an adjacent key, e.g. Shift+A would give "ZA" and Shift+; would give ":{". Couldn't type "|" at all.The mouse buttons are a much much lighter grey than is pictured. My laptop is all black and these stick out so bad, almost would be enough to return the keyboard even if it worked in the first place!

Purchased this for my nephew as hes recently taken a liking to Rugby. Great quality ball thinking of purchasing a smaller size for myself.

The keyboard looks and works perfectly.Buy a laptop repair toolkit and watch YouTube videos! But it is doable and very rewarding.

Installed in my x1 carbon gen 8. Installation was a pain in the arse though. Mobo and battery had to be removed. And there are at least 50 (literally) tiny screws holding the keyboard in place. Took awhile to install, but brought my system back to life and feels just as good as the original. Backlight DOES NOT work (nor does the OS change the backlight), but all keys do work.

Our grandson (born in England) has taken up rugby and he wanted a rugby ball to throw around with his friends. The fact that it was an English replica ball made it the perfect gift.

Superb customer service, great item, great price. Whats not to like. I had a problem with an earlier order, the company sorted me out straight away and my subsequent order was fulfilled with no problem. Will definitely recommend this company.
