Cute and as pictured! It’s long enough for my dog to reach and doesn’t touch the floor, which I appreciate. Bells are loud enough to hear if on a second level of your house. Definitely worth the price if you don’t want to make one of your own. I did wish the rope was a little heavier.

Came as described and works well. You do have to train puppy to use. Great quality!

Pros and Cons:CONS:1. If you have a puppy in training, make sure they are only rewarded when they hit the bells to understand by doing so they need to go outside to potty.2. If you do not make ringing the bells (even for an older already potty trained dog) as a reward system and allow your dog to use the hanging bells as a toy, the portion holding the bells can be easily chewed on, causing fray or chewing all the way through it.PROS:1. Perfomance- Easy to use to train your dog by simply bringing them to the door, saying something like, "Do you need to go outside to potty?" with an excited tone, and then hold their paw up and manually guide them to hit the balls. Say, "No!" firmly if they, develop a play association with the balls other than to go outside to potty. This applies to both puppies in training and older dogs already potty trained.2. Bells are of sound quality (loud enough to hear from another room and/or a loud TV volume setting), sturdy, won't bend if chewed on or accidentally closing your door on trapping the bell in the frame of the door.3. Safety and performance of item is good.4. Length cam be adjusted and will hang long enough for even those super extra mini dogs.CONS:1. Do NOT allow this item to become a signal for anything BUT alerting you to their need to go outside to potty. *** This is especially important for those living in apartments and not simply being able to open the door to a secured backyard. If you live in an apartment and your dog consistently hits the bells just to go outside, as all dogs do, you'll find yourself going outside in order not to risk a potty accident inside. You will essentially reward your dog for developing a bad habit.****I'm giving this 4 stars because the CONS are user error and it would be incorrect to hold the seller responsible. I do not give 5 star ratings to any product, because nothing is perfect!
